How to create a new order

Walkthrough of the order wizard — org orders auto-Accept, customer orders go through Provision, fixed pricing, single vs recurring

When to use this

For every ride — one-off or recurring. The order is the entry point of the lifecycle.

Two different paths, depending on who creates the order:

  • Dispatcher / admin from the org — the order auto-lands in Accepted and goes straight to the operational board. No approval step.
  • External customer — the order lands in Provision and waits for a dispatcher to approve before it can move forward.

The screenshots in this guide show an org dispatcher creating an order.

Where to find it

The list shows every existing order with:

  • ID — order number
  • Dates — ride dates and waypoint count. Recurring orders show a Daily · N rides badge
  • Price — in ₪. Recurring orders display /ride
  • Status — current status (e.g. Accepted)

Open the new-order wizard
