How to create a new order
Walkthrough of the order wizard — org orders auto-Accept, customer orders go through Provision, fixed pricing, single vs recurring
When to use this
For every ride — one-off or recurring. The order is the entry point of the lifecycle.
Two different paths, depending on who creates the order:
- Dispatcher / admin from the org — the order auto-lands in Accepted and goes straight to the operational board. No approval step.
- External customer — the order lands in Provision and waits for a dispatcher to approve before it can move forward.
The screenshots in this guide show an org dispatcher creating an order.
