How to track active orders, statuses, and the Live Command Center counter
When to use this
The screen the dispatcher lives on most of the day. All existing orders + their execution state.
Live command center
The dashboard header has a Live command center with 3 real-time counters:
- Unassigned — orders without a driver yet (red = needs action)
- In Progress — rides running right now
- Completed — rides finished in the selected window
The orders list
Menu: Operations → Orders.
Columns:
- ID — order number
- Dates — ride dates + waypoint count
- Price — in ₪ + billing type (per ride / total)
- Status — current status
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Provision | Only for customer-created orders — waiting for dispatcher approval |
| Accepted | Approved and on the board. Initial state for org-created orders |
| Assigned | Assigned to a driver |
| In Progress | Currently running |
| Completed | Done |
| Canceled | Canceled |
Filter & search
- Filter Orders... — free-text search
- Filter by district... — filter by region
- All / Display — pick which columns to show
Recurring orders
Orders with a Daily · 14 rides (or similar) badge are a recurring sequence (e.g. daily employee shuttle). They're managed as a single unit.
