How a ride completes
A ride moves to Completed automatically the moment the driver checks off every waypoint in the driver app. No manual action from the dispatcher required.
How to track performance
Menu: Reports.
The screen has 4 tabs:
- Rides
- Drivers
- Vehicles
- Orders
Core KPIs
Every report shows 4 metrics:
- Total Rides — total in the selected window
- Completed
- Canceled
- Cancellation Rate
Date range
The picker in the top-right scopes the report. Default = last 30 days.
Driver Performance
Below the KPIs sits the Driver Performance Breakdown table:
- Driver — name
- Total Rides
- Completed
- Canceled
- On-Time Rides
Export
Click Export CSV in the top-right to download the filtered report as a CSV.
Billing & pricing
Billing is monthly subscription + per-order transaction fees (capped per tier):
Four plans:
- Starter — Free. 2% fee (capped ₪500/mo)
- Professional — ₪399/mo. 1% fee (capped ₪1,000/mo)
- Business — ₪799/mo. 0.5% fee (uncapped)
- Enterprise — Custom. 0% fee
